Profil Export mineral composite products are manufactured using a special high-performance technical composition designed to ensure strength, durability and maximum long-term reliability for bathroom furniture and contract applications.
The material is composed of:

mineral fillers
30%
high-performance polyester resins
The mineral fillers consist of calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, aluminium oxide and synthetic Light-Filler microspheres produced using patented German technology.
This innovative technology makes it possible to manufacture products that are:
- more resistant
- lighter
- dimensionally stable
- high performing
Compared with traditional mineral compositions, our materials are up to 30% lighter, while maintaining high surface hardness and excellent mechanical resistance.
The transparent polyester resin component provides:
- high product stability
- resistance to temperature fluctuations

The surface is protected with a high-quality NPG gel coat, designed to provide:
- protection against water
- UV resistance
- protection against weathering
- long-term colour stability
Our products also feature antibacterial properties and a Mohs 6 surface hardness, higher than that of many products available on the market, providing greater resistance to scratches and everyday wear.
